1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using vivekgond.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Use of Website

This website is a personal portfolio of Vivek Gond, a PHP web developer. You may browse this site freely. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce any content without written permission
• Use this site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, spam, or disrupt the website
• Impersonate Vivek Gond or represent this site falsely

3. Freelance Services

When you hire Vivek Gond for a project, the following terms apply unless a separate agreement is signed:

• A 50% advance payment is required before work begins
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion
• Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately
• All final code and assets are delivered upon full payment
• A 30-day bug-fix support is included after delivery (not feature additions)

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Vivek Gond unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

For custom projects: once full payment is received, the client owns the delivered code. Vivek Gond retains the right to showcase the project in his portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.

5. Limitation of Liability

This website and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or services provided, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
